• Q: Where do you ship to?
A: We are a local business and do not provide shipping.
• Q: Can I specify a delivery date for my gift basket order?
A: Yes, you can specify your delivery date and time for your delivery. We will then schedule delivery to ensure your order arrive as close as possible to your specific timeframe. If no shipping date is specified we will deliver your order within 2 business days.
• Q: Do you need the receiver's phone number before delivery?
A: Yes, as a backup, we usually ask the purchaser to verify that someone will be home to accept delivery. However, if we arrive at a location and the recipient is not home and there is no secure spot to leave the basket. We will contact the receiver to verify when they will be home. Please ensure the delivery address is correct. There may be additional charges if we have to make a return trip.
• Q: Can you make the delivery a surprise?
A: YES, we love surprise delivery and love to see the look on the recipient's face.
• Q: How long does delivery take?
A: If the product is in stock, standard delivery typically takes 2 business days within Brampton, Mississauga, Halton, Georgetown and Caledon. If we have to source the products it may take 3 to 5 business days.
• Q: Can I get same-day delivery?
A: Unfortunately, we do not provide same-day delivery. Our delivery turnaround is 2 business days.
• Q: Do you leave gift baskets on the porch if no one is home to receive it?
A: Generally, no! However, if we are instructed to do so, we will take a picture and leave it on the porch, hidden from the view of the street.

A: Yes! You can customize your basket with your recipient's favourite products.
